I have been working at Therapeutic Associates full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Great Health and Dental Insurance. Puts in a solid attempt to get you to enjoy the place you work in. Low key flow through out the day, lots of time to work on various office projects.

    Cons

No room for growth financially. Micromanagement. Talks poorly about patients in front of other patients and talks poorly about former employees in front of patients.

    Pros

Learning what is entailed of working as a physical therapist.

    Cons

This is an entry level position that is unofficially designated for individuals looking to become physical therapists.

    Advice to Management

Management varies depending on the clinic director. My experience was overall positive.

    Pros

Great people to work with and a company that truly embodies their mission statement. Work life balance is there and opportunity to grow.

    Cons

The software program they use really never made things more efficient. Even after 2.5 years of adjusting and upgrades there never seem to be much more efficiency just frustration and a constant need to adjust.
