I have been working at Therapeutic Resources as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

Easy to communicate with staff regarding questions and other inquiries.

    Cons

There are not so many cases or sometimes there are a case one day and it is gone (family changed their mind or no longer need it) the next day.

I have been working at Therapeutic Resources full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

I have been with TR for almost 4 years; they had been the ones who sponsored me for my Green Card, which would have taken me longer if I stuck with my former employer. They have always been able to find nice assignments for me and they do not impose on me which assignments to take or not. When I have an inquiry ir concern, the staff gives a prompt response. I also like that they offer workshops or seminars that are free of charge especially if you have a caseload with them. All in all, I do not have much problem with TR

    Cons

They do not offer a PTO (Paid Time-Off) to employees that are considered "Consultants "; there are some paperworks or documents that need to be submitted are redundant or unnecessary (in my opinion), and the Healthcare Insurance that they offer are a little too expensive

    Advice to Management

    None as of the moment

    Pros

Therapeutic Resources is a nice company to work with in terms of career and professional growth. They pay well in school-based assignments, recruiters are helpful and so far my experience with them is good. Still looking forward to working with them in the coming future.

    Cons

Medical benefits are a little expensive so you might want to get your own insurance.
