Time off, placemant, and pay are all pros if this job! They do a great job placing you in a school and frequently check up on you about how it is going and what they can do.
Cons
If anything is wrong or you need aid in an area, you need to contact your relationship manager or coordinatior or you will be stuck in a place or situation you do not like.

Pros
Excellent pay, super responsive staff, fantastic company liaison. Not being shackled by a school district and their many negative aspects.
Cons
Not really a con, but a word of advice: triple check the position being offered to be sure it matches what you want. Districts can play fast and loose with their terminology, so your placement might be the opposite of what you’re looking for. Never assume. Verify.

I think that due to Covid, there were delays in receiving information from the 3rd party, but I don't feel it was the fault of the THerapy Travelers staff.
