      Fringe benefits, "on-site" clinic, masseuse

      Cons

      Constant chaos, lack of clear direction from constantly feuding leadership, manipulation and gaslighting is the entire strategy. Leaking break room ceiling, expectations of wearing dirty uniforms, hostile work environment with no real intentions of resolution besides firing the whistle-blower.

      Accessible top management, good benefits

      Cons

      Incompetent middle management, long hours, tries to compensate for lower than market average salaries by a "family enviroment", constantly understaffed but adding more furnaces anyway
