Good people to work with. Professional atmosphere with relaxed mood, typical 8-4pm job.

Upper management can play favorites. To get a true assignment/project need to be in the loop

I worked at Thermal Dynamics (More than 8 years)

    Pros

I worked their ten years ago. great benefits. They gave me a chance to expand my skills. First a heli-arc welder then machine builder to maintenance. Because of Thermal D. I got 2 Associate degrees in industrial electricity and now Im a full blown millwright/maintenance mechanic and industrial electrician. Thank you Thermal D. To bad I messed up. sorry.

    Cons

Make sure middle management on the floor are mechanically inclined.

    Advice to Management

I'm still a fan of Gary Johnson. Remember in the 54 Chevy truck at the race track? B)
