Many employees worked long hours. Poor work-life balance (granted, this was during the height of the pandemic)

      A fine place to work

      Pros

The pay was pretty good for the level of work. Plenty of opportunities to get overtime if wanted. The company made safety a priority.

      Cons

Not any real choice about working long hours most days sometimes to the point of being unsafe. When I left plans were being made to have a night shift to alleviate that in the area I worked.
