I have been working at Think Mutual Bank full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

The structure of this organization is incredible. It is an all hands on deck approach, where you get the opportunity to work on projects with upper management. Management values opinions of all that work within the organization. The positions are strictly non-commission based and you are encouraged to help the customers with any needs regardless of their status with the bank. The culture is INCREDIBLE with... supporting work/life balance and personal connection with other employees and customers. If you have a chance to work here, it will be well worth your time!

    Cons

Think hires very well qualified candidates, which leads to steep competition when applying for a promotion.

I have been working at Think Mutual Bank for less than a year

    Pros

The culture and benefits are incredible. The entire company seems to care deeply for the success of each employee as much as they care about their ability to financially sustain.

    Cons

No challenges our cons at this time that I've run into. Everyone collaborates as a team and focus on clients over production.

    Positive Outlook

I worked at Think Mutual Bank part-time for more than a year

    Pros

Think is a smaller bank but it invests in its employees and encourages them to reach out. Great coworkers, reasonable workplace flexibility, all around a very enjoyable place to work.

    Cons

Not a lot of upward mobility because the company is so small, but if you ask they will at least try.

    Advice to Management

Saturdays can be very hectic especially with only one banker, this might be a key area to add some help for the banker to decrease wait times and issues.
