    Pros

The company feels like a family. Upper management encourages employees to spend time with their families. They truly understand work/life balance.

    Cons

There doesn't seem to be a plan on how to pivot the company from its legacy business to its new one.

    Pros

I get to work with likeminded individuals who come from a diverse background, each having their own unique perspectives that make working here great. The work is interesting and challenging, and there is the option to work from home. The CEO is always around so he is very understanding of the struggle and success we have.

    Cons

A small company, so many tasks are handed to you at once.

    Advice to Management

Keep listening to advice from below, and make the product rock solid and sellable. Make it bug free and then start working on new features.

I worked at ThinkRite full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Was a family environment that got worse and many people left

    Cons

CEO was the worse boss I have ever seen and was not interactive with his people. I would go far as to say, didn't know how to communicate with employees.

    Advice to Management

Replace management with people that know what they are doing.

I have been working at ThinkRite full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

It's been around for 25 years on a shoe string budget. The owner is a wonderful human being but oblivious to the day to day activities.

    Cons

Horrible management asides from the support group. The company lacks direction. Lot of political backbiting or a company this small. Company pretty much lost momentum after the President of the company and its' Chief Architect quit. The benefits package is mediocre. The health insurance is probably the worst I've come across in comparison to the other companies I have worked for

    Advice to Management

time to restructure and get a good software development lifecycle in place. Using emails for requirements doesn't really cut it. Mutiple layoffs

    Pros

Great family atmosphere people care about each other. Very stable and loyal team, many of whom have been working here for over 10 years. Flexible environment and cutting edge technology in the area of Unified Communications. A close working relationship with IBM without the all of the politics and red tape.

    Cons

Getting out of the Cisco business was hard on moral but the new team is very strong.
