Pros

Nothing at all. Advice to not accept their employment no matter how bad you need a job. It’s not worth it.

Cons

I worked in Thinkads as a full time employee many years back. The company is run by a married couple and they are the most rotten human beings I’ve ever encountered. Working hours end at an average time of 11pm without any taxi claim. The female owner yells at the employees for the slightest thing. Honestly, it seems like she’s venting her frustration on us because her business partner (also her husband) is not much of a help. The male owner (also the husband), is tasked to manage the creative team but he does not have any creative background or knowledge. He also often speak about the female body inappropriately at work with the young staff. The couple also create imaginary drama, spreading crazy conspiracies about the staff. But honestly, we’re so tired from working 14 hours a day, we don’t even have energy to conspire anything against them. They bring their own marital problems to work. If the couple argues, don’t even think about going home because the wife will leave and the husband is trapped in the office (afraid to go home) thus he will make u work as late as possible (we stayed till 1am making the most senseless amendments to the artwork that is not even urgent). You can tell he is just dragging time so he don’t have to go home and face the wife. Most insecure bosses acts like this. It took me years to write this as I was quite young during my employment with them. After years in the workforce, I’ve noted that true talented and competent leaders do not act like that.

Pros

- can’t think of any

Cons

- Toxic environment and employer - In my short time there, i noticed that one of the founders (Samantha) uses fear to lead her team, practically treating her employees like slaves. For example, she starts shouting vulgarities at the team when she find the office messy. Her staffs also has to prepare a glass of water for her right before she arrives. - OT culture and hours is very bad, don’t expect to go home on time. You will be pressured to work late hours or you will be labeled as someone with bad working attitude. - Marketing team is also quite toxic, there are times where they will speak ill of or gossip about others freely. - The onboarding and briefing for my job scope was also very lacking, probably about 5 minutes of verbal instructions before I’m expected to jump straight into my job. - My role was a temp admin staff, but they treated me like a servant, passing things, buying food for them, fetching water. As it was my first office job, i thought it was normal. But now, i realised that it was just disrespectful. - I had very bad anxiety in my few weeks working there and I have always blamed myself for not being better and doing my job well. Upon reflection, I believe it was the company and its toxic environment that has played a huge role in my disastrous experience there. - It took me 4 years to write a this review, and decided to do this as I recently heard from someone who left their job there and had a similarly bad experience.

Pros

literally nothing. just look at the reviews

Cons

crappy company with lousy boss, rude and arrogant. expect everything to go his way, calls you useless if you can’t deal with his trash. you would think that he’s a young guy looks friendly, but act like some ahbeng wannabe. talk even more rude than the ahbengs in public. calls it straightforward, but this is just straight up RUDE and disrespectful, NOT straightforward. look at the reviews of the company itself, even clients also complaining about your company, take a look at yourself before you decide how you want to treat your staff and people around you. young company but the mindset like 90 year old. you think this one still 1920s let you anyhow scold people. toxic environment toxic people. waste of time and space. NOTHING good about this place
