    1)For freshers its really a good learning experience
    1) In future much scope if you get to bank

    1) No growth to that as expected
    2) same in the case of salary as well.

    Pros

    The organization provides an employee to understand how the forex market operates. Best timings. Good hike in the designation after gaining requisite experience.

    Cons

    Unlike designation hike there is no much hike in salary structure. Not so good HR policies designed in pay roll.

    Please do consider the designation of am employee & pay him/her adequately.
