    Company don't take contract employees on role soon and salary hike is also very low

    Advice to Management

    Please don't exploit the sincere contract employees who are really eligible to get on company's pay roll .otherwise over all managers behavior towards employees is best .

    Good HR policies. Have tie-up with IIM Indore for crash courses in management. Incentive trips to exotic locations upon getting a good rating.

    Variable pay was never given out in full.
    They should consider expanding at a faster pace through franchisees or own offices

    Brand recognition, good and easygoing work environment, Average salary, good only if you're not getting job elsewhere

    Cons

    Very less salary, No incentives, Not much growth opportunities, No good workplace, Dull and monotonous, No good hr policies or employee engagement activities, HR sits at head office, No HR in entire state, Not much to learn from colleagues, Not much young crowd, office politics

    Advice to Management

    Pay structure should be improved, Atleast one active HR at each state, Individual incentive plans should be there instead of branchwise incentive, good infrastructure and better workplace, more young people should be hired

    1. minimum work politics.
    2. growth is good.

    Cons

    1. fixed 8.30 hours. even if you miss it by 1 min, the system will ask you to regularize.
    2. poor management
    3. No appraisal AT ALL!! all they do is give bonus but they do not increment salary no matter how many years you work!

    Advice to Management

    keep the employees happy otherwise they'll all just leave!
    pressurizing then and paying them less isn't gonna help!
