I have been working at Thomas Jefferson University full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Benefits are probably the only positive. Pretty reasonable cost but the co pays are great if you use Jefferson doctors.
    Days off are pretty good

    Cons

Pay is poor but it's a union contract. Lots of management who have no clue as to how to run a proper public safety security department. Technology is very poor from a security stand point.

    Advice to Management

Try hiring folks who have a backup on law enforcement and security management. Increase the technologies to what other hospitals are using.
