      Pros

Pay is decent, co workers are cool

      Cons

So short staffed that it is literally unsafe for you and patients. Surgeries, discharges, and patient care will be delayed because you are too busy to get to everyone. You will work alone most if not all shifts, no tech aid, no ancillary staff. Expect to do between 25-50 patients per shift. The phone rings off the hook with providers harassing you about their patients. If you are on call….you will be called in due to the fact that we have no staff. Upper management doesn’t seem to care.
