      Pros

      The health benefits are good.

      Cons

Management is always disorganized and doesn't take their employees opinions seriously. we are often short staffed and expected to do the work of multiple people. If you show proficiency in getting your work done you are expected to do the work of lazy coworkers. Management rewards the lazy and punishes the hard working. The atmosphere is fend for yourself with coworkers willing to push you under the bus to make themselves look better. If you show any dissatisfaction the response is "you are replaceable" which doesn't inspire loyalty.

      Pros

The nurses at Jeff work hard, take excellent care of and advocate for their patients all the time. If you're a patient their- you're getting excellent nursing care.

      Cons

Lowest pay in the city Business model- meaning people that are NOT medical professionals make decisions based on budget rather than REAL LIFE CARE. Time is money. Long hours, running short staffed
