    Pros

Great atmosphere, fun place to work, management does a good job encouraging team work, benefits are decent, easy to balance work/life, community outreach initiatives... These are just some of the perks.

    Cons

This was a sales position. They do a great job teaching the base products. But they could do a better job with call and sales process training. Sales and process training is on the employee. If you ask for help you are given the names of people who can help but if they're busy then it could be a while.. If at all.

    Advice to Management

Many new people would benefit from one to two whole weeks of sitting with one of your best cold callers. This would be a dedicated mentor that would take call after call after call. One for each new hire. After that.... another week with the same staff member listening in on their calls. I have a hunch that there might be a faster rise in successful new hires if this happened. Maybe. :)

    Pros

Solid benefits, generous time off policy.

    Cons

Soul sucking corporate environment. If you like being un-empowered and having to go through a multiple people to get a decision made or sometimes even to get a questioned answered then you will like it here. If you prefer speed over quality then this is your kind of shop.

    Pros

Good smart dedicated staff of people. Good pay. Good benefits. Relaxed atmosphere.

    Cons

Nepotism runs rampant at the Brookfield location. You have a much better chance of getting hired or promoted based on who you are related to rather than your skills. Most of the upper management in the Brookfield location are long time college buddies, dating and/or somehow related. If one of them don't like you, you can forget about promotions/advancement.

    Advice to Management

Put in place rules on nepotism and advancing/hiring your girlfriends.

Pay is OK. I'm not micromanaged.

    Cons

Churn and burn of sales reps. You can go from being a Presidents Club rep. to getting fired in 3 months.
