    Cons

    Not a Place for Non-Entrepreneurs
Change Occurs at a Dramitic Pace (for those that are not Entreprenurial-Minded, this leads to Stress)
High Profile Company with High Expectations of Team Members--you had better bring your "A Game" every day or you will not fir in with the culture
People Love it Here or Hate it, nothing in between
    Fit Matters a Lot

    Advice to Management

Make sure the employees are a good fit or don't hire them. Ensure that the benefits package is keeping up with company growth.

    Pros

Young company, generally nice group of people. You get to work with high profile media buyers, very good medical package

    Cons

Low compensation, no commission, team goals almost unattainable. CSRs are deemed as disposable. You're often forced to pass up deals to managers without warrant.

    Advice to Management

Either create compensation package to encourage hard work or up base pay. Either pay CSRs like saleswomen or call it a customer service role.
