    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Three Drunk Monkeys full-time

    Pros

Great brands and clients, inspiring new office space, no politics, great for your resume.

    Cons

Too few social events, slightly separated departments.

    Advice to Management

    Put on more social events.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook

I worked at Three Drunk Monkeys as a contractor

    Pros

Looks good on your CV because somehow, this place has a pretty good reputation in the media. They are a multi-award winning creative agency.

    Cons

A poisonous working environment where no one knows the meaning of team work and leaving on time at 5.30 is frowned upon- even if you have completed your work for the day. The phrase "Churn and Burn" has never seen a truer form than at The Monkeys- they don't care about their employees at all. Understaffed, the pay is pretty terrible and a very unprofessional senior management team.

    Advice to Management

Recognize that your employees are people with lives outside of work. Hire some more staff and stop making everyone work until 10pm. It is also very important to hire people for their personality and potential culture fit instead of just hiring someone who is capable of doing the job.

    Pros

Can get good work out, it's got a cool brand image, looks good on CV

    Cons

Ridiculous hours, no benefits, terrible pay. It's like a legal sweat shop.

    Advice to Management

Realise it's the people that make the monkeys, not the management.
