30 hours is full time and there is no room for progression as the managers have no clue what they are doing

    Advice to Management

There are SOOOOO many talented LCA and ASM but you employee people that have no clue how Three works as a business and what three stands for as being the best loved brand

I worked at Three full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great for those with families, good location, gym next door.

Colleagues are good and aside from senior/middle management the team culture is good. You can make friends for life.

    Cons

Culturally not the place for original thinking. Also senior management are completely oblivious to how poorly they run the show - in fact they rule by fear.

Those that succeed do so not because of talent but because they are good at saying yes.

    Advice to Management

Invest in talent and learn to retain staff.

    Pros

Three are OK to work for, they are going through a large transformation program at the moment which means lots of work will be available.

    Cons

    Pros
