They gave pretty good hours. Effort required is proportional to being a minimum wage position. Management was pretty reasonable, too.

The job can be hard, Do to selling insurance if you dont meet the quote then expect to be the person that is lazzy. So if your not a con-artist dont exspect to be good at this job. telling everyone this insurance is the thing to have and selling it at a high price oh yah dont forget the up grades but its your money,

liars, those set in their ways., back stabbers, everyone is the boss to the new hire their only job is to clean a car and they cant even do that. EGO city. heaven help you should you do the actual job of cleaning the car and think outside of the box, nothing but butt kissers when any form of mgmt is around but backstabbers when mgrment isnt looking. a HORRIBLE HR. the HR needs to be fired and rehired. after they are actually trained in what a HR position is really about..aka the employee? not management?

Typically a very nice and helpful staff no matter the area of expertise. This was helpful in working between locations as it sometimes took the combined teamwork of several different locations to make the right things happen for customers.

People are sometimes stressed out; this can make it hard to ask for help from superiors or people above you. However, this is a very minor con for this company and not something to be taken too heavily.

The managers always want you to talk to them when there is an issue. However when it's brought up everything is pushed under the rug. It's unfortunate that I, nor my coworkers had a voice. And don't dare try to go higher up, because they're just as corrupt. I usually don't write reviews, let a lone bad ones but I really hope someone is able to look into this establishment. If only I had the time to really explain how flawed Fayetteville NC thrifty is. Now please, do not late my rating discourage you from applying to Thrifty itself, it's just the Fayetteville branch I would steer clear of.

Closely owned corporation, a franchise with a heart. Minority owned company who's ownership are committed to helping the community by employing people who want and deserve a second chance. This company is working hard to make a difference in Oklahoma. They own their own cars and each employee on all levels seems to really care and take pride in their jobs.
