    Approves of CEO

    Pros

Great company with great benefits. Structured so good people can move up quickly. Tuition reimbursement is better than any other company I have seen.

    Cons

starting salaries are not as competitive as other companies. Obtaining great talent at these starting salaries is tough.

    Advice to Management

continue to follow crisp leadership process. Merritt increases need reviewing as they are not good.
