    Pros

    Concert ticket perks are awesome and the health benefits are great. Hours and work from home flexibility was very nice. Events for coworkers to stay connected and get to know each other.

    Cons

    Upper management keeps you in the dark - growth is limited. HR is non existent which doesn't help when trying to move up within the company.

    Advice to Management

    Transparency would be helpful

    Pros

    Great environment to work in, good benefits all the overtime that you can handle.

    Cons

    The calls can be rough. The website has undergone a platform change so there is a lot of issues

    Pros

    They have good people that work there. They take care and appreciate their employees. They don't micro manage everything that you do.

    Cons

    Working the late shift one thirty to ten. Customers can get a little mean but that can happen.

    Pros

    Large company with resources available from parent company. Good benefits.

    Cons

    The product management leadership does not follow through on developing and evolving products. The product management leadership does not want the product managers to take ownership of products. They want you to finish the product and move on to the next. The leadership on the product side also does not want you to share information with other business units and even asks to hide information from executive team.

    Advice to Management

    Revamp the product leadership at TicketsNow. Very close minded and secretive. Product leadership threatens and harasses other employees when things don't go well and never takes ownership for mistakes. Force the product teams to communicate with other business units.

    Offer free soft drinks, snacks, and training to employees instead of the big monthly lunches. The big lunches are a waste of money. I would have rather have gotten a bonus.

    Pros

    Very good people to work with.

    Cons

    Very poor guys running IT, its a tech compnay and some friends of executive leader just came with no qualification and are killing it totally. The new managment made sure that all subject matter expert left from the compnay so nobody can challenge the stupidity.

    Advice to Management

    Come to the ground and see whats going on and why people are leaving one by one who were with the company for long time. The small projects are running large as the leadeship has no knowlege about hwo the system are working there and how the business is linked tightly with those systems. The poor decisions and discussion lead to the frustrations and people simply leave. All the upper management knows is to manage up nobody knows how to manage down.

    Pros

    -Some employees are really passionate about the company and have great ideas
    -Great work/life balance
    -Senior Mgmt seems to do what they can to advance projects, innovation with the parent company

    Cons

    -developers and IT mgmt had become complacent and didn't seem to care
    - Acctg Head was very negative and mean to his team - pitted people against each other. Mgmt is aware, but the appearance is that this disprectful behavior is tolerated.

    Pros

    Most of the people there meant well, and some were very nice to work with. Good benefits.

    Cons

    Frequent changes in upper management.
    No clear vision.
    The current leader manages up well, but is not respected by employees.
    Pettiness when it comes to work/life balance.

    Advice to Management

    If you really want your team to respect you, be approachable, genuine, and consistent to everyone, not just those you like best.

    The cast of coworkers are amazing.

    Cons

    Upper management cares nothing about employees, as office was shut down and all jobs were outsourced out of state for a much smaller pay rate.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to the talented, smart, energetic youth of the company instead of falling behind a leader who works against the companies core values.

    Pros

    Most people are friendly. Good company perks & benefits. Lots of chances to learn in a very fast paces environment. Conveient office locations.

    Cons

    Subsidiary of LiveNation/Ticketmaster - whom like to micromanage a lot yet do not provide adequate resources (specifically adequate staffing). Unorganized management. Laughable IT Dept considering this is a tech company. Almost zero chance of advancement.

    Advice to Management

    Promote from within instead of hiring outsiders with no industry experience. Fix current IT problems instead of leaving them and creating new platforms/projects. Allow for adequate staffing so people can still have a personal life.
