    Pros

Great entry level sales opportunity, and very flexible on scheduling given commission based pay scale. I'd say it is a good first sales job for anyone with some construction experience looking to transition into a less strenuous construction position. Ideal for someone who is extremely independent. Quality of workmanship and customer service is extremely high, you will not question whether you are selling a product worth the customers money.

    Cons

The company is limited by being a small business. There are no higher positions than salesman or foreman. At the time the company is restructuring from an expandable sales program to a sales program ran entirely by one of the owners in order to increase profitability, so there likely is no longer a full time sales position. Pay is capped at 10% commission, you will be expected to perform the duties of project manager, estimator, designer, closer, and some secretarial tasks. The companies marketing budget is limited, therefore lead flow will only sustain making 70k a year with a close ratio of 75% unless lead flow increases.
