I have been working at Tiffany & Co. full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Great Training Experience Excellent managerial structure on the sales level

    Cons

Lack of growth in non sales related position Favoritism and too many “grey areas” around “black and white” policy

    Advice to Management

Get involved with all of your employees, whether it’s sales, operations or security. Regardless of title. Make sure everyone feels as though their job is important...just as important as the customer.

I worked at Tiffany & Co.

    Pros

The environment is very lavish. Good hourly pay for a security job and the trip to New Jersey for training is overall fun. Also as an employee you get very generous discounts on many of the jewelry items in the store. For someone who is passionate about retail I believe Tiffany has plenty of room for advancement.
