    Pros

The brand name sales itself. Luxury environment. Nice managers. Great employee discount. Meet some really really nice coworkers.

    Cons

Some of the full time sales people are not respecting seasonals. Boring when its not busy. Long standing hours.

    Advice to Management

Some full time sales are not trading seasonals well and diffidently taking advantages from them. Hope the manager spend more time on the floor and not 'protecting and helping' certain employee so obviously.

    Pros

The company has a very well-located and maintained corporate office. Everyone seems to be hardworking and collaborative. Expected work hours are quite reasonable for New York City.

    Cons

Tiffany may be a diamond company, but they can be quite cheap with regards to the pay of their employees. The budget is always "tight," but clearly it's simply not well distributed throughout.

    Advice to Management

There could be more transparency with regards to opportunities within the company. Management should also engage in discussion with their employees about how they want to grow their career.
