    Pros

There is no pro to working here.

    Cons

Teams are overworked with no work life balance. Leadership is complelty unaligned causing constant chaos, duplicate work and scrambling at every level. Employees are woken up at all hours of the night with little to no benefit or apology. Employees running on little sleep are consistently snapping on calls. It has become a very toxic environment and work place between unaligned leadership direction, and angry overly tired employees. Even the very basic IT structure and governance is no where to be found with no strategy during a critical technology pivot. The team assigned to make the operational changes have been onboarded for over a year and have provided no benefit, outside of a 20 page handbook. The team has actually caused more disfunction and confusion since being hired - a nightmare.

    Get experience and get out

    Nov 6, 2022 - Client Advisor

    Pros

Store teams tend to be friendly, helpful. Benefits are pretty great

    Cons

CEO who came in with LVMh has a history of racism and a reputation for yelling at employees. This tells you all you need to know about the culture shift that has taken place in the last year. LVMH brings a wealth of opportunities at a gigantic cost to all employees who built careers here. Which is why turnover is so high right now. Commission structure changed which resulted in loss of income for most. At the same time job responsibilities kept on growing for everyone. Less pay for more work. Team leaders and store directors are overworked and micromanaged. Most of the great leaders are now gone or looking to leave. If you decide to work here, be assured that the company has a horrible onboarding process, and while they are trying to fix it, training and development opportunities are not what you would expect at a company worth billions.

Run away from this place, it’s awful

    Pros

    None that I can name

    Cons

I remember the brattiness of high school, rather unfortunate for a bunch of middle aged people to speak discouragingly of their colleagues and subordinates. You’re pettiness is why you’re miserable. No inclusion, no diversity…feels like a bizarre time warp alternative universe set in present day. The company preaches it but good luck! Gas lighting management that looks to ensnare but doesn’t actually help. Literally was corned by them for something so trivial and unrelated to my job function. Literally just lazy fools who think they are running something when really your sales team is what’s doing it. Management will mention their title to everyone before actually meeting them. “I’m the director” WHAT A JOKE! You wouldn’t know how to actually be in charge, you just have been leaching long enough for “your turn”. Ego driven twits (management ) who think they are someone…drop the egos…people are shopping at Tiffany because of a name not because of your current title or your rate of pay. You’re just a speck of sand. Sales team is down trodden by the never ending guillotine that the company has over their employees heads. Nothing here works and it’s your fault. Literally no training. You’re shoved into it and reprimanded once you do what you didn’t know wrong. LVMH you paid a lot for this house of cards. Time to knock it down and start a new. Lot of lifers in here still playing games because they know they can get away with it. Time to cut the fat, there’s a lot of it still left.
