I worked at Tiffany & Co. full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Excellent benefits & in store support team, powerful marketing that has virtually sells the product.

    Cons

Components of the recent initiatives of executive branch are misdirected. Mantra has become "Affordable Luxury" which translates to low average spend and labor intensive functions such as personalization of client purchases. It appears that T & Co. is trending towards becoming a mass market merchant.

    Advice to Management

Upgrade product price points and support brick & mortar locations by expanding the on hand inventory.

I have been working at Tiffany & Co. full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Potential commission and bonuses Employee discounts

    Cons

Commission depends Of the percentage of the goal you sell each month, goals are high and without a client base most months very difficult to reach, so you only make 1% which is barely anything. If you leave for training, vacation, sick leave the goal doesn’t get adjusted (it used to and l was hired with term) Let’s say you have a great month and get paid 3% for your sales a month, and something big you sold it’s being...

    Advice to Management

Bring back goal adjustments If there’s an exchange next month (not even exchange) just charge back the difference, so employees have an income every month

I worked at Tiffany & Co. for more than a year

    Pros

Good discounts on their overly price jewelry, that's all!

    Cons

Fake upper management therefore the leads are unprofessional and lazy. When working at headquarters in Parsippany, NJ there is no commission, but the pressure to sell, sell, sell its unbelievable. For the holidays seasons even going to the bathroom is a pressure. Lunch time is hectic, you literally have to shove your food in your mouth in seconds. The do pay for your extra time, but if you say no to it they will give...
