    Pros

WFH Independence Literally nothing else at all

    Cons

literally everything else. Low pay for high level of work and stress, tone death management, over trained on sales calls which are rare, hardly trained for service calls which make up majority of volume. Was told by HR that we would only have to work every other weekend. Upon acceptance of offer and weeks into training head of training tells us that we have to work every weekend and to contact HR if "that's a problem" (this was not said nicely)

    Full-Timers Dislike Seasonals

    Pros

You will get some kind and amazing customers that come in. You will also get 1% commission on every item you sell. A great part-time opportunity during the holiday season to make extra cash.

    Cons

Full-timers somehow believe that Seasonals are out to steal every sale. There was a blatant division the holiday season I worked there. Full-timers are under a lot of pressure to meet their Monthly Sales Goals, so each time a Seasonal takes a customer, a Full-Timer sees that as a threat. Everyone basically hates each other but gets along well when eating together in the kitchen...it's strange. There are peaks and valleys of productivity. There are times when business is really slow so you try to find anything to do to look occupied so management doesn't get upset that you're not wiping the counters or straightening things for the 3rd time in an hour (sorta sarcasm, mostly true). The days leading up to Christmas were the worst. You get fine customers before the rush, but during it, you get everyone and anyone. Most people will buy the Return to Tiffany bracelet or necklace, and you have to show them A LOT because customers think they're buying something truly unique when everyone and their mom has the same thing. My advice for anyone contemplating becoming a Seasonal is to go for it but to remember when a Full-Timer bullies you or talks trash behind your back, you will soon be out of there.

    My Second Favorite Job!

    Pros

High class professional place to work.Decent pay. Great managers and staff. You have to dress up everyday so looking cute and business professional was fun. Never had a rude costumer. Most costumers come in ready to buy and spend $100s-$1000. Easiest commission to make here. Famous people shop there all the time. Unbelivable discounts. Overall, an amazing company to work for.

    Cons

Very political. If someone doesn't like you, they will not split your sale. Also, I was only seasonal. I wish I could have stayed.

    Great place to work

    Pros

Amazing discounts on store merchandise as an employee, and there is an employee store where you can buy things for almost nothing. Good working environment, liked working with the other employees. This store felt like a real "family" and there was very little drama.

    Cons

Pay was not the greatest as a temporary/seasonal employee. You would think Tiffany would pay more in order to hire and keep quality employees.

    Pros

Great place to work. Very supportive staff. Lots of training prior to the rush during the holiday season. Many staff has been there 20+ years and are still excited about the job and the products.

    Cons

High stress during rush days during holiday season – but that's to be expected.
