      Terrible Management

      Pros

      Good benefits, nice work environment.

      Cons

Depending on the store you are in, local management can be terrible. Micro-managing and impossible goals. They changed the commission structure so you make less money and harder to meet the goal.

Good benefits. Great people (not management)

      Cons

Unqualified and uneducated management but very outspoken. Making impossible for competent people to do their job. Very toxic environment. We cannot hit our numbers with such poor leadership

Challenging. Not in a good way.

      Pros

Good benefits and work/life balance. There are a few good people there to connect and work with. Chance to learn how to work in a fast paced company.

      Cons

Toxic immature environment, backstabbing and throwing people under the bus. Management definitely plays favorites. There are employees that are favored and get away with not doing their job and there are hardworking employees that are not favored that get put down and treated terribly. The work demands are unorganized. It’s an established company that is trying to stay relevant but ends up making the work life an awful experience with all the confusion. A lot of employees end up disappointed in less than a year after hire. Not much growth, promotions are rare.
