    - Great place to gain IT knowledge

    - Dinosaur management style.
    - office needs a complete renovation
    - training is a joke/ quotas are a joke/ management is a joke

    Advice to Management

    OVERHAUL the whole management in TigerDirect... a 15 year old kid can do a better job managing people and creating a positive work enviornment

    Stress with increasing Quota
    Managers don't care about you just your results

    Give the employees time to learn your system and encourage them to do better and not just focus on the bottom line

    good people to work with, company is located near the major intersections. fill in the space

    fill in the space, poor pay, poor management, poor benefits, poor inventory, poor support, no retail stores, website is a joke....

    fill in the space, try to change everything at once, but not welling to put in the resources, money, and time. you need to come up with a new plan to save this company

    The coworkers were very friendly and great to work with

    Cons

    All the retail workers were laid off very suddenly without any notice from higher levels of managment.

    Advice to Management

    Upper levels of management should give an earlier heads up.
