Pros
The 20% off employee discount and flexible hours are the only good aspects of this job.
Cons
There are a plethora of responsibilities that get to be too stressful and overwhelming; especially for minimum wage. The management is everything but helpful when you start; they expect you to just know everything after orientation and act like you're stupid when you ask questions. My advice to anyone considering this job would be to keep looking for another job, I filled out 40 applications before I got my first call back, but it will happen with persistence and determination.

Pros
Working with young cool people. Chill environment and pretty simple. Great discounts. Easy to become more social and open with customers and others employees
Cons
Hours are low when we are in low season. The wage is minimum and difficult to increase. Sometimes you work by yourself and a manager so it's not fun
