I have been working at Tim Hortons part-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Early mornings so you get you get out at reasonably early times.
    Free coffee!
    Simple tasks.

    Cons

Early mornings if you're not a morning person.
Being franchised, each store owner can manage based on however system they like.
Meaning, these experiences will always be difference based on who is running the place. My store owner is super relaxed and I know several are not.

    Advice to Management

Keep your team happy and your store owner happier!

I worked at Tim Hortons (More than a year)

    Pros

Fast paced environment with a great atmosphere. The training is really in-depth that by the time you have finished it, you'll understand exactly what is expected of you.

    Cons

If you're not good in a fast paced environment, you might want to rethink applying. Schedules can sometimes be really hectic and change week to week.

    Advice to Management

There was a massive closing of several stores in my area, many of which never received any warning of the possibility. Corporate needs to communicate with its store owners and the store owners need to communicate with their employees more.
