I have been working at Tim Hortons full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Working with customers and employees, being able to experience food retail, being able to be a good role model to some of the employees

    Cons

Management sucks , they don't work good with hours and needing days off , people are rude over the little things , having no help and having to do thing by yourself . There is no communication with one and another .

    Advice to Management

My advice to management is to get everyone on the same page , dont cut people hours because they call off one time , when there is a problem with one and another fix it right Than and there and don't let it drag out and get worse , don't let employees get away with just standing around and not doing anything , to make sure that everyone is just on the same page with the rules and policies! I
