    Pros

Great coworkers and customers. I had a great experience working at Timmys! I would do it all over again!

    Cons

Ehh you don't get paid any holiday pay or get an benefits for just a normal crew member. That would be the only cons

    Advice to Management

Pay employees better. They wouldn't leave as often if so. I mean the job is stressful at times but overall good company

    Pros

I love working for Tin Hortons! If you enjoy a face paced work environment where every day brings on a new challenge then you will love working for Tims too!

24 hour restaurants can be a challenge to manage, the overnights calling off can ruin your whole day.

    Advice to Management

Lead by example and treat your employees like they are important.... because they are!

Good environment to work in. Excellent job for high school students and college students! Customer service is MAJOR, without it you won't last. Must have good at multitasking.

    Cons

There's nothing really bad to say. Your experience would definitely depend on the manager and supervisor

I worked at Tim Hortons full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Enjoyed being part of the Tim Hortons crew until it was bought by Burger King/3G capital and things continue to change daily.

    Cons

Truly it was a challenge working in a 24 hour business. Having to cover for any employee that chose to call off and also find dependable employees that would work full shifts was a challenge.

    Advice to Management

Stop micro managing or do the job yourself!
