I have been working at Tim Hortons full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

I love working at Tim Horton's, and have been going back time and time again. I love interacting with the guests, challenging myself every day to improve the speed of service during busy periods, etc. It's a job I truly love.

    Cons

Some customers can be really rude, and not all management in every store can be motivating or know what it takes to work as management. Also, some employers don't even give you a discount on food. My advice would be to shop around, all Tim Horton's are run differently. Find the one that works best for you.

    Advice to Management

Please remember that communication is very important, and also help your employees learn and grow. Don't expect everyone to walk in instantly trained.
