    Pros

    Culture is incredible, despite being owned by a larger company. Perks: leaving work at 3pm on Fridays, nice cafeteria on-site, kayak/stand-up paddleboard rentals in summer and snowshoe rentals in winter.

    I have been working at Timberland as an intern (More than a year)

    Pros

    Excellent, positive atmosphere. Really felt valued right from the start. Strong culture and community.

    Cons

    Some struggle between the heritage of the brand and the corporate attitude of the VF buyout, but ultimately not a major issue.

    Great company to work for! Relaxed work environments.. Only worked part time but enjoyed it!

    Cons

    I did not really have any cons. If I had to pick something maybe higher pay would have been nice.

    No advice that I can think of off the top of my head. Doing a great job! Relaxed atmosphere and fun place to work

    Pros

    Love this company. Great group of people, positive ethics. Enjoyed my time there so much, was very sad to leave when I relocated to Boston.

    Cons

    Salary a bit lower than MA salaries.

    I believe management has since changed, as they were purchased by another company so I can't say.

    didn't have store in the town In moved to or I would have stayed an employee for a long time!!
