    Pros

The corporate headquarters has a dining hall that offers low-price, high-quality healthy food options for all employees. They also have an on-site garden and volunteers pick the produce daily for employees to purchase fresh fruits, vegetables and flowers.

    Cons

Very unique culture so may be difficult for some individuals to feel like they fit in. There are no food options relatively close so although the dining hall has great options, it does get old quickly.

    Pros

The community of people are amazing and will draw you to work every day. The continued commitment to service helps to retain some of the original culture.

    Cons

Has become much more "corporate" since being acquired and we have therefore lost some of our culture and heritage.

    Pros

Timberland is a great part-time retail gig. You get your birthday off as a paid holiday, and still accumulate PTO as a part-timer.

    Cons

Not much internal growth if you want to work your way up to a key holder or beyond. Two different times the position opened and people were hired from outside.

    Advice to Management

No complaints. Just maybe see if people in your staff would like to grow with the company when positions open up.

    Pros

Paid community service, amazing discount on products

    Cons

Management, hours when it's not a holiday season are terrible, pay

    Advice to Management

Care for your employees, they'll work hard for you, don't and they find someplace better and you can't try and lure them back

    Pros

You get to meet a lot of different people from all parts of the world. Teach and help associate to expand their skills.

    Cons

No room to grow, I got pass numerous time, not that I did anything wrong. I have worked 8yr in this company and receive numerous exceptional customer comments for great service, because it does not make financial sense to them. They rather bring someone else for less money in

    Advice to Management

Look at what your long time employees have done for you.
