I worked at Time Warner Cable (More than a year)

    Pros

Pay, Benefits, People, Compensation and work life balance are great for an outside sales rep. The focus is on production.

    Cons

Possibly more to do with merger but issues with defined roles and understanding of certain sales cycles. There are many issues with conflicts between sales reps as the rules of engagement can cause internal conflict but they seem to be trying to fix it.

    Pros

    Free services. Customer service day

    Cons

They have no real management. They make getting commission hard or impossible. They don't give help when needed. They don't pay enough for all that they do. Plus the change processes to much which always affects commission

    Advice to Management

    Change the whole practice

Former Employee - Business Analyst in El Segundo, CA

    Pros

Easy work with normal hours, many of the employees are fun and helpful.

    Cons

The politics within the company will either limit or accelerate your career. The IT team is over worked, so it takes far too long to have requests completed. Management doesn't respect education

    Advice to Management

There isnt much to say here, if you are a part of the good ole boy network, you are golden, otherwise you are at a serious disadvantage. The management team has been in place for 20+ years, and as long as that is the structure, there is a real limitation to growth based on performance.
