    Pros

    Salary and benefits were decent

    Cons

Not fair to all employees. Only certain people are meant to succeed. A inner circle type of thing.

I have been working at Time Warner Cable full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Under the Old CEO, TWC was great company to work for. Great environment, Great career enhancement opportunities.

    Cons

Sadly, we lost our CEO due to illness, and his potion was filled by a sales and acquisition lawyer who promptly sold the company to line his own pockets. All down hill form there for many employees.

    Neutral Outlook

I worked at Time Warner Cable full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Very flexible, reasonable policies, excellent benefits. The department managers and center director are down-to-earth and friendly. Not something typical of a large company.

    Cons

Don't ever have to take a medical or personal leave. These requests are handled by a 3rd party and the whole process is frustrating, and invasive. Other than that, it is generally a nice place to work.

    Advice to Management

"If it's not broken, don't fix it"

I have been working at Time Warner Cable full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Great benefits, wonderful coworkers

    Cons

Management stinks. Too stressful which creates high turnover, low pay

    Advice to Management

Realize that we don't need to be pressured from behind when dealing with stressful customers by being reminded how long we are taking with a difficult situation. This only creates more stress and makes things take longer.
