    Pros

    Flexible hours - good vacation policy, great colleagues, benefits are dwindling, but still OK, nice office space,good name recognition, nice cafeteria

    Cons

    Lack of promotions, The company doesn't value technology and treats it purely as service. Lots of outsourcing done to India. Lack of leadership.

    Advice to Management

    Should value technology better and look for the new opportunities.Show more leadership

    Pros

    The pros working here are the People are great, some perks, health care, 401k and unlimited sick days. The company cafe is nice as well.

    Cons

    The cons of working here is that there are Tiny raises and no bonuses if you are not management. The technology is also somewhat out dated

    Timeless, iconic brands. High degree of professionalism. Interesting and diverse businesses.

    Difficult to move up. Very hierarchical organization. As a large company, it's not the most nimble.

    Increase collaboration among divisions. Flatten the organization.

    Good benefits. Good environment. Flexible schedule. Lots of opportunities.

    Cons

    Salaries are hard to raise once you are in. Long hours on projects. Hard to communicate with upper management. Overall though not bad.

    Ok, so the own the world strategy didn't work out so well - but was that the strategy or the companies involved - The federation that was AOLTW was not going to work because of the players and egos involved - not because it wasn't the right idea
