    Pros

    Well known publishing products, such as Time, Fortune, Sports Illustrated. Collegial culture, good benefits, conveniently located in mid-town Manhattan, largest publishing company in the US

    Cons

    Got complacent, fell behind, lost its edge, did not get ahead of the digital medium, still has not integrated print and digital sales
