    Pros

    Great people, team atmosphere, collaborative environment, competitive salary. Style of management conducive to learning. High retention rate.

    Cons

    Unfortunately, underwent layoffs in NH plant in response to sequestration.

    Advice to Management

    Manufacturing is needed and hope that management will be able to adapt to economic cycles and again grow this plant's operations.
