If you want to do the same thing every day, this is not the place for you. Tina Davies is always changing reaching for hard to reach goals

As the leading PMU brand in the biz, the team is passionate to share with the world it's innovative products. Cons

This company (and industry) is growing at a fast pace. The team needs to catch up with the needs of the business. You may find yourself wearing many hats. It's very fast-paced and not for everyone, but a great way to learn different parts of the business.

Pros

As a start-up company, there is always room for growth in any of the employees. Opinions and ideas are always welcomed. Mistakes are not frowned upon but seen as a growing and learning opportunity. The team is great at working together and keeping it light-hearted while still being results-focused. At the end of the day, you are the only one stopping you from moving forward when you're part of this team.

Cons

As a quickly growing company, some positions are left needing to be filled. However, these are new positions that are being created as the company grows and will benefit it further in the end.

Pros

I've truly had nothing but a positive experience while working with Tina Davies. I've thoroughly enjoyed working alongside a team of people that are dedicated not only to providing the best tools and knowledge to PMU artists, but dedicated to creating a healthy & comfortable work environment for their staff. From the biweekly virtual meetings with the entire team to check in on how everyone is doing working from home, to the willingness of all staff to help in any type of project regardless of whether or not it falls under their job description. I feel so lucky to be surrounded by such a positive group of people, and can't believe I get to call this work.
