Pros
These are some really good people. Great Family Atmosphere. Management cares about their employees. Loved the culture. I wouldn't hesitate returning if I ever needed to.

Pros
The company is small and only 11 years but the it is set up very well. For a HR Manager and Payroll Administrator job is easy because they have a good system in place. Learning the business, trade and skills of the employees that you need find is very challenging. Good hardworking employees with specific training in each department.
Cons
One of the executive has a really bad temper, it was hard to work for and work with. He wants to micro manage the employees who are not really paid well as the technicians. I would love to stay and work for the company but I know that issue will never change.

Pros
its in a convenient location off freeways and close to everything, some of the employees here are great, there's free snacks in the break room and the list stops there.
Cons
Management is terrible, they work you to the bone with no employee appreciation or recognition, more and more is expected each day with same compensation, benefits are practically non-existing, the hours that are expected to work conflict with even trying to have a social life and they are mandatory, pay is not competitive at all, the turnover of employees is the worst I've ever seen
