I worked at Titan International full-time for less than a year

    Pros

I worked 1 year as Production Supervisor. The people are friendly, and very helpful. As all places, there are few odd balls but most of the people are nice. Decent salary and benefits. Training is good and so it easy to pick up the job.

    Cons

Senior management does not have much communication with subordinates. It might improve production and other employee issues if there is more face to face interaction between managers and those working in shop floor at least once a month.

I worked at Titan International full-time for more than a year

    Pros

some great people put their hearts in to working for Titan, which shows with the response they get from dealers and customers alike.

    Cons

The level of expertise is very lightly spread through the company, there seems to be little control of OPEX and little focus the real needs of the market they're serving

I worked at Titan International full-time

    Pros

Engineers -most are easy to work with, good pay if you ever get topped out-but after that dont expect a raise.

    Cons

If you are not one of those with 15,20 or more years-dont expect any kind of job security, you can work your butt of and hard than any one else and still be laid off.there are many lifers there and if you don rub elbows with the right people you are out.

    Neutral Outlook

I have been working at Titan International

    Pros

The engineering staff is easy to work with. Good people and very easy-going and friendly managers. Managers work with you on your schedule and understand there is life outside of work.

    Cons

The production staff can be very difficult to work with. Numerous times decisions were made by engineering staff and disregarded by production.
