I worked at Titan full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great office location (near grand central), overall friendly people, opportunity for growth if you are in sales.

    Cons

The sales team is statused much higher than other departments. There is also an aggressive company culture that is great for some to thrive in, but not for everyone.

    Advice to Management

Get a CRM for the Sales team, it will make their life easier and it will be better for your internal reporting system.

    Pros

Always challenging, and a fast paced environment. Great Support locally to drive business, and be creative. Team environment, but also allowed to shine as an individual.

    Cons

National business took priority over local business. Made it challenging at times when selling your own market to a local customer.

I have been working at Titan full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Just merged with a tech company. CEO is a world class leader. LinkNYC will change the urban landscape in New York City and beyond

    Cons

none other than the commute that I choose to make

    Advice to Management

Keep up the inspirational leadership. the changes brought on by the merger are mostly positive. Be quicker with announcing annual commission plans for sales. Look into % of commission based on % of rate card on sales.

I worked at Titan full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

There was a lot of work to accomplish, which was fulfilling and made the time fly.

    Cons

Executive management involved themselves with micro level details while neglecting the high level steering and strategy development. To the company's detriment, the CFO was greatly involved in operations decisions.

    Advice to Management

Any comment would be a waste, as their egos wouldn't allow them to heed advice.

    Pros

Good work/life balance depending on which department you work for.

    Cons

No room for growth unless you're in the sales department and have a pretty face. Smart people leave because they're not recognized for what they do. And you'll definitely be favored if you got in through a family member. There was a huge turnover when I was working here. I'd see a new person probably almost every month.

    Advice to Management

Try not to favor only sales and acknowledge the other departments.
