I have been working at Titan Security Group full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Depends where they place you. This company is growing very fast. The holiday pay is very nice. They are always inquiring new locations

    Cons

Payroll can often mess up your check. I have multiple instances where they would mess up my check and they would always try to pay the money they missed for the new pay period.

I worked at Titan Security Group full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Steady income working downtown with diverse communities

    Cons

No growth in company I worked as a residential officer at front desk for four years not once was I offered to move up in the company Titan supervisors came for uniform and post checks I don't think Titan values their employees they just want someone to fill the position the worst part is holding over if my relief didn't show I was expected to hold over for four hours Titan dispatch always had a reason that they needed me to stay the entire shift because the field supervisor couldn't make it to the site or a new site needed coverage

    Advice to Management

Hire more flex officers for unexpected call offs pay officers more offer more room for officers to grow in your company

I worked at Titan Security Group full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great orientation, ID and training on the work site. Strong sense of a family or friendly operation, a lot of opportunity for upward mobility, Some very good co-workers and managers as well as supervisors. Update on programs, protocols and thing specific to your building or assignment.

    Cons

Need more refresher course and time allotments to ensure Officers can take advantage of those opportunities. The last year to six months I was there, high turn over in staff and management, not high level of downward accountability but more strict and preventative on the food chain. Very professional but not always relational or proactive when it come to your requests.

    Advice to Management

Upfront honesty, very vague and guarded unnecessarily, when they have the power to enrich the culture they stifle and over emphasis wrong priorities especially if there is a dispute or misunderstanding, not mutual, in my opinion.
