Pros

Coworkers were nice. Decent pay.

Cons

Definitely "Corporate America" mentality. Will do anything for profits, including screwing over employees. Good pay but always be ready to lose your job to unethical HR policies.

Pros

Outside of corporate managment, HR, and a select few there are some fantastic people who work there. Hard working, want to do the right thing

Cons

Absolutely horrific HR organization, from onboarding, to employee reviews, etc. All former GE employees and without a strategic vision. For instance, salaries and review ls are not given in time and offer 7 to 8 months late meaning they are taking money from the workers pockets. Some Sr leaderships is ineffective and foster a victim culture. Culture runs too lean and rather instead runs people 50 to 70 hours a week 7 days. This company does not understand what good technology groups consist of, nor does it meet or when required stand up to it's own claims of being a tough and direct culture, quite the opposite.

A total trainwreck

Pros

Good compensation. Very good benefits. Hourly guys know their stuff and do a good job. Many salary people are hardworking and genuine.

Cons

Extremely toxic and cutthroat culture of fear. Personnel safety is knowingly and regularly ignored by management if it means squeezing out a little more profit - hourly employees are seen as disposable. Management very often lies to your face and are always looking for someone to blame instead of working together to address problems. PCC's famously poor culture has trickled down to Timet.
