I have been working at Title Boxing Club full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Being able to meet so many different people from all walks of life. Growing to know and cherish the time we are together, both members and staff. Money isn't horrible either.

    Cons

CORPORATE! They don't help enough with individual franchises, and care mostly about converting members with little to no experience with running classes into owners. They care only about selling franchises and saturating the market. After that you're pretty much on your own.

    Advice to Management

Don't become a manager for TBC. You will be trampled by TBCI.

I have been working at Title Boxing Club full-time

    Pros

This is by far one of the best clubs I have ever worked for. There is a new sheriff in town by the name of Bryan Scott. He is the new owner of this club and what a great change has come over this place. The classes are energetic, pumping and absolutely superb!!! I have seen nothing but great health testimonies. Members losing great amount of weight and no longer have certain illness such as diabetes. This is by far not a gym. The members are a family. We are a CLUB!!! An exclusive Club!!

    Cons

As of right now can't think of any, because Bryan is constantly making improvements!!!

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work!! We see You!!
