    Very fulfilling work by helping those in need that do not have a voice

    Cons

    Low compensation and sales are dependent upon government funding

    Advice to Management

    Increase compensation and improve healthcare benefits

    I have been working at Tobii DynaVox full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    The employees are amazing! Have the patients best interest at heart. Product does amazing things for users. Managers have awesome ideas and do their best to help employees with a good work life balance.

    Cons

    President is so out of touch with staff. She is arrogant and doesn't listen to the staff or managers. She hides information, is not honest and has no credibility with the US team. President does not I still the TOBII culture with those in NA.

    Advice to Management

    Take a close look at the president. You have employees that will give you everything they have got. You are losing them and with that the strength of the NA market.

    I have been working at Tobii DynaVox full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

    The work that the company does to help its client base is something to truly be proud of. Work-life balance is improving. Morale is high. Welcomes creative input.

    Cons

    Smaller company so compensation is still lower than it should be for certain positions and opportunity for advancement is relatively low.

    Advice to Management

    Continue to pay attention to the staff morale. Employees are there because of the work they do for the customer, but that shouldn't be taken for granted.

    no longer looking out for the customer, unwilling to take the challenges to truly improve lives.
