    Work-Life Balance and good benefits.Opportunities to interface with worldwide offices.

    Cons

    The heads who are brought in from overseas headquarters to run the company are inexperienced and find it tough to manage and lead daily operations in a foreign, fast-paced work culture. This results in lack of proper direction and growth.

    Hire local talent to lead and manage operations and speed up decision making.

    Opportunities for advancement are limited. Japanese culture (and business environment) prevails across worldwide subsidiaries which would be better suited with a culture befitting their competitive environment.

    Some benefits like yearly company, but limited to $500.

    Cons

    - Have to pass BCP, PGI, ComGI exams before 3 months probation or it will be extended for new staff.
    - have to pass BCP, PGI, ComGI exam or bonus will be affected for current staffs.
    - Full of politics
    - Unfriendly staff
    - Unhappy staff
    - Getting paid peanuts for 10 times of work
    - No teamwork
    - Have to work late or over the weekend
    - Lunchtime training without catered lunch
    - Lunchtime training
    - Management expect you to stay back

    Advice to Management

    What is a "Good Company"? They have a different definition of that.

    People are your real assets. Treat them better and they will treat the company and clients better.
