I worked at Toll Brothers (More than 8 years)

I love my job working with the children, creating events, and employees were like family.

After developing cancer and having to take time off for treatments, I was harassed, given poor reviews by my manager who refused to report a sexual harassment report. When they want you out, HR backs the mangers and they find a way to get it done. My manager spoke horrible about the members and the children.

    Advice to Management

Upper management needs to review their department managers. The employees should be able to do a unanimous review of their managers.
