I have been working at Toll Brothers full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The company has amazing benefits and a relaxed atmosphere in the office. They are constantly growing at a successful rate which makes it exciting to be a part of.

    Cons

You're a little fish in a big pond. Definitely show signs of large corporate greed. Are constantly losing the younger generation because of limited growth opportunities and lower than average pay.

    Advice to Management

Focus more on the younger generation to grow into the company rather than those who have been here 10+ years

    Pros

Amazing group of people to work with. Really like and respect my supervisor. The culture of the company is wonderful and I really enjoy coming to work everyday.

    Cons

Some processes could be updated and better streamlined. Sometimes there are bottle necks when trying to push something forward but this has improved since I started working here.

    Advice to Management

Keep the culture and continue to invest in your employees.

I worked at Toll Brothers full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

The company provides a great deal of ability to utilize individual skills and experience while running a stand alone profit center. You are completely accountable for construction, sales and profitability.

    Cons

The community or multiple community responsibility requires total dedication, this is not a company that you can be successful if you only work 40 hours a week.

    Advice to Management

To join Toll Brothers you must be able to hit the ground running as no one will walk you through being a project manager

I worked at Toll Brothers full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

The company really stood by me and supported my family in there time of need. Lots of room for internal growth and competitive salaries.

    Cons

I really can't think of any negative comments or situations to put into words. Even the factory workers are treated extremely well.

    Advice to Management

Take a second look at past employees to see if life may have been the reason for the departure. Just maybe you'll come across some of the most loyal people when second chances are awarded.
